Shipping & Returns
We have a risk-free 30-day Return Policy. If any Floyd’s of Leadville product does not live up to your expectations, simply send us back the product and we will provide a replacement or refund, provided it is within 30 days of delivery. Certain products, such as gift cards or final sale products, are non-returnable. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs of the returned product. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
