Spencer Miller, aka Macro Chef, is a 20-year old cyclist who loves to make healthy recipes. When not in the kitchen you’re likely to find him out riding (frequently to a coffee shop). Spencer was recently connected to Dave Zabriskie and got interested in trying Floyd’s products. We sent him some Recovery Protein with which he made these insanely delicious CBD Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein Bars.
- 1 cup peanut flour
- 1 cup canned pumpkin purée
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1 container (150g) vanilla Greek yogurt
- 3 scoops Floyd’s Leadville vanilla CBD recovery protein
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. It will be a thick, almost cookie dough like texture. Press into a medium Tupperware container or pan. Refrigerate for a few hours then slice into 8 bars. Enjoy!
