What is a CBD Consumable?
A CBD consumable is a product that is eaten or swallowed and comes in many different methods, forms, and flavors.
How do I use a CBD Consumable?
CBD can be taken orally through several different ways . In our last post we described tinctures and sublingual CBD absorption; however, since CBD consumables are swallowed, they enter the body through the digestive system.
Why Would I Consume CBD?
It is a great compliment to your active lifestyle routine.
