This cream has been a life saver from recovering from my broken ankle which required plates. It really helped calm the pain and spasms down in my calf and top of foot as the nerves were growing back after surgery. I use it now to get out knots in the muscles in my calves. It works wonders on lower back pain from golf. I put it on before golf and no stiffness on the course. Works better than Advil.
